SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

When you opt in to the HyperWeb LLC SMS service, we will send text messages related to your inquiries, projects, appointments, account notifications, service updates, and customer support. Our SMS program is operated using RingCentral.

2. Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from HyperWeb LLC at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us. You may receive messages in response to your inquiries as well as periodic service-related updates.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. These charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan. HyperWeb LLC is not responsible for any carrier charges you incur.

5. Opting Out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received our messages. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.

6. Getting Help (HELP)

7. Carriers Are Not Liable

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider's network operator and is outside of HyperWeb LLC's control.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. We will only use the information you provide to transmit your text messages and respond to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Mobile opt-in data, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these SMS Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
